Like my previously offered product, this one came out of necessity. A customer reached out to me and asked if I could make some in a less temperature dependent material, as my resin based clips are showing to be brittle in the cold.
After some back and fourth testing, we found basic TPU to be a good cost to durability ratio. The only real cost is to appearance on parts not visible after installation. This has become my best seller and turned into my primary clip.
UPDATE: New design fits tighter and is thicker in keep areas keeping it in better than before!
Simple can koozies (2) with the Baja Sports Lights logo. Two options until they run out, foam and neoprene.
Foam ones are cheap and don’t hold up to hard use, they’re cheaper and wont be offered after they’re gone. We’ll be switching to Neoprene as they are much nicer.
This is based on a common 3D file that is freely available. My own twist was to add an internal thread to accept common soda/water bottle threads. Though this setup comes with an 8oz bottle, its nice to know that its easy to replace.
